These terms apply to Athlete Scope, operated by Boylan Digital Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Athlete Scope provides AI-generated feedback on sports technique based on the footage and information you upload. Feedback is educational guidance, not professional coaching, medical advice or a diagnosis.

Accuracy

AI analysis can be wrong or incomplete. Accuracy depends heavily on camera angle, lighting, video quality and how much of the movement is visible. Always apply common sense and stop any movement that causes pain.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the content you upload. Only upload footage you have the right to use.

Subscription

Athlete Scope costs £8 per month following a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of your paid period. Unlimited use is subject to fair usage.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, abusive or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell access to it.

Liability

Athlete Scope is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Boylan Digital Ltd is not liable for injury, loss of performance or other loss arising from reliance on AI-generated feedback.
